Chinese new year/ The Noodle shop

Part III of the one-tee-a-week party sensation

Date: 14/01/10 - 21/01/10
Outlet: Pho Thu The, noodle shop (near cnr Victoria st & Church st Richmond)
Size: Medium
Price: $10
Why: because the soup noodles here are the best
Spotted: at the chinese new year festival on Victoria st Richmond, ripping out some acoustic tunes for the locals

Amongst the rides, fireworks and carnival atmosphere that is chinese new year the sounds of badly played punk acoustic covers could be heard. In the short break between vietnamese pop karaoke and the firework display we rocked out, shamelessly advertising the great soup noodles on offer. This tee will forever remind me of three things.
  1. my first paid gig
  2. wicked soup noodles
  3. that only a tee could commemorate this great occasion

so we're gradually catching up on the first month of one-tee-a-week, be prepared for the double sided maddness of january's final shirt. Its bold, its bright, it makes no sense

till next time

I am Alex Tan,
I hold the donkey kong high score on the homemade
arcade machine in Ben Moore's basement,
for now that's enough...
